Privacy
Bravodemy only collects the account and learning progress data needed to provide the service. Personalization and notification preferences always require clear consent.
Draft — lawyer review required
This is an operational draft for Bravodemy, not legal advice. Qualified counsel must review the legal entity, applicable regions, liability terms, and data practices before production use.
Data we use
Bravodemy stores the email, display name, goals, syllabi, practice attempts, and progress needed to provide the learning experience. We do not present inferred data as information you supplied.
Consent before personalization
The orientation conversation can begin before anything is saved. We only create a durable personalization profile after you actively consent, including the consent version and time.
Withdraw, export, and delete
You can turn off personalization, export machine-readable data, or request account deletion. The interface shows the status and next step for each request.
Sensitive data
Do not submit secrets, sensitive identifiers, or another person's data in goals or practice. Content flagged as sensitive is not used for external research.
Cookies and sign-in sessions
Bravodemy may use necessary cookies to maintain sessions, protect sign-in, remember language, and prevent abuse. This draft does not describe analytics or advertising cookies; any additional tools must be documented before release.
Providers and sharing
Data should only be shared with providers needed for infrastructure, email, authentication, payments, and AI features under suitable agreements. Bravodemy does not sell personal data. Counsel must confirm the processor list and storage locations.
Retention and security
Data is retained as needed for the account, operations, and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. We use access controls, encryption in transit, and incident-response practices, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children, changes, and contact
The minimum age, guardian-consent flow, privacy contact, and change-notice period must be set for each launch market. Users should receive clear notice before material changes take effect.
